😱 story must be shared! A glimpse of another home-buying success story from 2025.

My dear friend Dina and I had been searching for quite some time, thoughtfully and thoroughly trying to find the perfect fit. Then, on the very first day this home hit the market, we knew it was the one. 🏡

We found it. A beautifully rebuilt 1678 Victorian, designed by well-known architects and surrounded by apples, peaches, and jasmine. From the start, we knew it had to have a front porch, be in town, and carry the kind of legendary history that makes a house feel like home. 💎

This transaction included many moving pieces. It was a true balancing act that required clear communication, collaboration, and trust. The escrow was contingent upon the sellers purchasing another property, along with the possibility of a long-term tenant remaining in the home. 🌟

With all of these variables, three families were able to achieve their housing goals. This level of teamwork, experience, and market knowledge is what I offer every client I represent.

Our journey begins with friendships, then to kinships… We started our home search far and wide looking for that perfect fit!!!
Through the process we introduced our families to each other and they became friends!!!

🎉First family: We had a great team working with our lender Rene Randall in getting these folks in the door to their new home. They were coming from out of state to be closer to family and we made that connection happen!! Through the winter rains, we searched everywhere for that perfect fit with long distance videos/FaceTimes. We found their sweet home that checked all the boxes.
Close to town and walking distance to the park, truly the best home to raise a growing family.🌅
🎉Second family: This awesome family had been trying to find an agent that would work with them for quite sometime, but just kept hitting walls. When they reached out to me I was determined to help them make their vision a reality by get them through the gate of their long time searched for Berry Farm.
There was nothing that could stop us! With my knowledge of local vendors, and businesses we were able to do what even the sellers thought could not be done.
We jumped through hoops with the shortest time crunch, but we made it happen! 🌅
