What a journey this sale has been! 🏡✨

We hit the market in May, pricing for the robust Spring activity. But Summer brought unexpected challenges, with fewer buyers stepping forward. After price adjustments and navigating a contingent offer that fell through, we came back stronger. 💪 Three weeks later, the original buyers returned with a new financing plan and made a non-contingent offer. 🙌

Meeting them at their final walkthrough, they shared how this home checked all their boxes—pure joy! 💖 Meanwhile, my incredible seller stayed patient, trusted my advice, and kept the home competitive. Now, he’s off to Arizona with his two sweet pups to start an exciting new chapter. 🐾🌵

This sale was a testament to perseverance and teamwork. And the gorgeous orange roses 🌹 (my favorite color!) he gave me on closing day? A heartwarming reminder of the connections we make along the way. 🧡

Every transaction is a learning experience, and I’m grateful for each one! ✨

This adorable home was under contract previously with Buyers who were contingent on selling their house. These buyers were so in LOVE with this home! So, when they didn’t get their place into contract, we eventually had to cancel with them and go back on the market. We were sad for them! But they were bound and determined to make it happen, so after some creative thinking and a new loan product, they were able to make a non-contingent offer and we’ll close in about 3 weeks! Dreams do come true!!
