We moved on May 10th and still do not have a working phone system-but don’t worry AT&T assures us they are working on it…🤔. Until then we have one temporary line in, 530-460-1124.

During our move, our phone system collapsed.
We are devastated.
We are receiving intermittent calls through our main number 530-265-0625 but most of the time it does not work. We may be stuck in this transitional period for another two weeks. AT&T is working hard to find a solution. We will continue on!

Perfect weather for moving day today! Ernie’s Van and Storage worked incredibly hard and things went perfectly. We couldn’t have done it without all their hard work. Ray Morgan showed up with a team and safely moved and set up our copier. The new office is beautiful and we are so very happy to be here in such a perfect location.

It’s moving day and Comcast decided not to honor the appointment they made with us. Therefore we have no phones, no internet, no ability to run the office. Please be patient as we try and find a solution to the problem.

The latest update from The CAA is as follows:
“California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Monday evening issued an executive order making it clear that local governments can impose eviction protections for tenants who are unable to pay their rent because of the Coronavirus or loss of income as a result of the outbreak.

The CAA will work diligently to ensure that local governments that pursue such moratoria adopt reasonable measures for both rental property owners and renters that their policies are consistent with the parameters in the executive order.” (California Apartment Association March 18, 2020).
