Buying often makes more sense when you have time to build equity and spread out transaction costs.

3️⃣ **Does the home fit your lifestyle?**

The perfect interest rate won't make the wrong home the right one.

You can explore refinancing if rates drop, but refinancing isn't guaranteed, and it comes with costs.

The smartest home purchase isn't about predicting tomorrow's market.
