Picture it: You're thinking about selling your house in the spring... so you wait until the end of winter to reach out to an agent. You work all winter to fix up your home, declutter, paint, change the carpet, update the kitchen, etc... all that work, and your exterior photos are gray, the trees are naked, and the lawn is mud.🪨🪾🪱

Meanwhile, your neighbor who is also planning to sell his house, was smart. He saw this post, decided to listen to the expert, and called ME months in advance. He trusted me and my years of experience, so we came up with a timeline and a strategy together. We also scheduled his exterior photos while everything was lush and green and beautifully in bloom. That way, in the spring, all we have to do is bring in our professional staging, take the interior photos of all the gorgeous work he did over the fall and winter, and sell that dang house!🏡🌳🌻

Guess which home probably gets more attention in the spring? Which house gets more showings, and likely more offers, and therefore potentially sells for significantly more money? All without the sloppy use of generative AI rendering an almost unrecognizable version of your home...
