So my client Mike , I met when he was still in Highschool . I worked with his family for over 20 years . I remember his mother saying at the time of selling her home that her dream was to have a property where she can have a horse again. Well Mike decided that someday he would buy his mother a hobby farm to do this. Fast forward to a week ago he pulled the trigger and he actually did it. We are under contract. If you knew this family like I do you would realize how special they all are. The mother Tina is just a genuine person who has always put her kids first at any cost. She so deserves this !!! DREAMS DO COME TRUE !!!!!
