Yesterday’s closing was a tough one for my seller! A lifetime of memories that were hard to let go of yet off to start a new chapter of life 💚 Grateful to have made this process a little easier to navigate.

Sometimes selling a home is about more than putting up a sign and waiting for the right buyer. 🏡💚 Lynsey Heathcote put in the work to help her client successfully sell their Mundelein home, keeping the process moving and making sure all the details came together along the way. 🔑✨ Another closing to celebrate for Lynsey and her client, and another reminder of just how rewarding it is to help someone reach the finish line! 💚🎉🏠

If you need a piano moved I’ve got just the guys! With my seller being out of state already I “supervised” the moving of this one today at my listing right before closing. These guys were impressive 💪 They removed the legs, wrapped the piano, and got it out the front door and on the truck with ease. Obviously not their first time 🙂 Now it’s safely on its way to the next house.

🏡🚤 Labor Day house hunting looks a little different when you’re buying waterfront!

While most people were enjoying the long weekend, I was doing what I love — showing a waterfront home by boat. ☀️🌊

When you’re buying on the Chain O’ Lakes, seeing a property from the water can tell you just as much as seeing it from the street. The shoreline, seawall, dock, water depth, location and boat access all matter.

And yes… sometimes my “office” has a steering wheel. 😎🚤

Thinking about buying waterfront? Work with a REALTOR® who knows the Chain from both the road AND the water.

📲 Let’s go house hunting — I’ll bring the boat!
