DID YOU KNOW - Homes are selling at their highest and 59% of homes that went under contract found a buyer within two weeks or less of being listed? (According to RedFin).

There is a low inventory of homes and a high surge of demand from FOMO buyers (fear of missing out) and investors. This makes it harder for some homebuyers to win an offer when buying a home. My advice to you is - have patience, know your budget and limit, don't try to lowball if you want to win (you're not going to win lowballing in this temporary crazy market), and most importantly, be proactive in negotiations and communications with the seller's agent.

I have a property that didn't even need to be listed and was offered "as is". That's how aggressive the market is currently. Hope this will help you in your buying journey.
