PLEASE over the next few days let’s your faucets drip! The temperatures we are about to see WILL freeze up water lines in mobile homes and older homes. Keep your heat set above 55 degrees at all times.

If your water freezes contact us for a maintenance order but be aware we will be unable to unfreeze pipes until the cold weather passes meaning you will be without water.

There is to be ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDING OF STRAY ANIMALS by tenants. I realize some do not understand why we have this policy, so I’d like to explain why this policy needs to be in place.

Stray cats not only cause cosmetic damage, they also cause serious physical damage that can impact you or your neighbor’s living situation. Stray cats get under trailers, they rip down insulation and ductwork causing tenants to have no heat. Cats urinate underneath trailers and can cause terrible smells inside your unit or the unit of your neighbor. If you feed the cats, they will stay. If you do not, they will move on.

Any tenant who feeds stray animals will be given a 14 day lease violation notice. After 14 days if you continue to feed them then we will issue an eviction notice. There ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.
