This duplex was abandoned for over 10 years...and in horrible condition. We took it from a mirror imaged duplex where both sides had 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 living room and 1 kitchen to a 3 bedroom 3 bath family home. There were 2 entrances so we made one a private porch off of the master bedroom. We transformed a living room and kitchen into the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. We took the other kitchen and turned it into a dining room. We also transformed 2 bedrooms into an eat-in nook, kitchen, and pantry/laundry room. Here are a few before and afters.
