Would you say humans are a competitive species?

Besides sports and games, we have businesses vying for customers, job seekers wanting the dream job, students winning on exams, and so on.

That was our theme at the last meeting. And of course we had a friendly competition for best short speech!

Khushi and Mathayu tied for best. Khushi talked about a difficult time in Toastmasters when she didn't do well in speech competitions, and it took a little time to improve.

And Mathayu talked about enjoying the Harlem Globetrotters, and how he would love to join in on the antics if he could.
