During renovation, we’ve uncovered hidden newspapers, original mailboxes, vintage hardware, handwritten notes, and pieces of the Zarah’s long history tucked behind the walls.
We’re saving these discoveries and plan to create a historical display when the project is complete.

Walls Are Going Back Up at the Lofts at Zarah! 🎨

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes — and now you’re starting to see it! The crews working beneath the surface on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are wrapping up their work, which means the walls are finally coming back together.

Drywall is being installed, mudding and painting are underway, and for the first time, you can really start to see the finished vision taking shape. These are the moments when a historic restoration begins to feel like a future home.

Things Are Moving Forward at the Lofts at Zarah! 🏗️

We’re excited to see continued progress as Moeder Plumbing, Heating & Air works hard to bring the building one step closer to completion. Their team has successfully installed the mini-split HVAC systems throughout the lofts and is now hard at work finishing up the plumbing.

Projects like this take skill, dedication, and teamwork — and we’re proud to partner with local crews like Moeder’s who care about this community as much as we do.
