I just heard that Justin Bieber is or was in Great Falls today. He ate at the Roadhouse on 15th N and got his picture taken with the staff. Don't mind him just floatin down the Missouri River. Probably really nice to get away.

What if we could shop for medical services the same way we do for fast food? Imagine walking into different hospital offices and getting a clear, upfront price. No more worrying about hidden costs—you would know exactly what you're paying for. 🫐🤑🤧

For example, if you needed a hip replacement, you could see that one hospital charges $5,000 and another charges $7,000. The second one might be more expensive, but if you prefer that doctor, you could happily choose them, knowing the exact cost.

I knew a person who had a real septum issue but no insurance. The office was great—they gave her a full breakdown of every fee and a total cost of $16,000. She was completely okay with it because she had the option to shop around and knew what to expect.

One company suggested an average 30% rate increase for individual plans purchased through the federal Marketplace.

I was looking at Realtor Magazine and they have this article in there that says, 20 decore ideas for your outside or something like that. I think, "hm, let's check it out." It was so annoying because it's so disconnected from your average person.

Simply put, "stagflation" is a blend of two economic headaches: "stagnation" and "inflation."

Imagine an economy where:

Prices are persistently high and rising (Inflation): Your dollar just doesn't buy as much as it used to. 💸

Economic growth is sluggish or flatlining (Stagnation): Businesses aren't expanding, and jobs aren't being created at a healthy pace. Think slow growth, or even a shrinking economy. 📉

Unemployment is on the rise: More people are out of work, making it harder for families to make ends meet. 🧑‍💼➡️🚪

It's a tricky combination because normally, when the economy slows down, inflation tends to cool off. Stagflation breaks this pattern, presenting a unique challenge for policymakers and everyday consumers alike. The 1970s experience, marked by rising oil prices and persistent inflation alongside economic slowdown, is the most famous example of this economic conundrum.
