We have one income-restricted unit that will be available in early September for $932 a month. To qualify, your household income must be at or below 50% of the area medium income ($37,800 for a family of three, $42,000 for a family of four).

This is also an income-restricted unit, so you must make under 50% of the average median income for the area to qualify. The rent for qualified tenants is $963. Income limits for a three-person household is $37,800 and $42,000 for a four-person household.
