When past clients refer their kids to me to help them purchase their first home- that might be the biggest compliment as a Realtor! I know parents genuinely want their kids taken care of for their biggest purchase and I don’t take that lightly!
How cute is this 1928 Bungalow complete with a studio in the back! We had the pleasure of getting to know the seller throughout this transaction and he was an absolute treasure! His pride of ownership poured out of every inch of this home and I know my buyers are extremely grateful to continue that pride!
