VA ASSUMABLE LOANS….some info for ya….
1. Not all realtors are well in tuned with the VA and their process.
2. Not all lenders know VA rules and regs and time constraints.
When I was an Escrow Closer, no one wanted to touch VA loans because they didn’t understand the language and didn’t have the patience to work with the VA. So, I learned. Now here we are in 2023…..we Veterans and our VA loans are very very popular…and very desirable as well.
If you are considering trying to assume a VA loan with a purchase OR if you’re considering selling your home with a VA assumable loan….make certain that you’re working with the right people! It can be the difference between a smooth process or a really rough one.
