Troubleshoot and repair most major and all minor mechanical systems. Perform general maintenance on all units, hallways, buildings, common areas including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair and replacement, special projects, etc.
Complete all service orders with minimal call-backs.
Ensure that the property is clean and free of trash, and all common areas are well maintained.
Provide professional customer service at all times.
Utilize equipment properly and safely
Report to supervisor of any pertinent resident or property issues or concerns.
