Big news for Great Falls and Montana's future!

This morning, the Catalyst Commercial team attended the annual Great Falls Development Alliance meeting, where we celebrated the incredible momentum happening across our community.

A special congratulations to our Broker, Scott Blumfield, who was recognized with a GFDA Ally Award for his contributions and dedication to economic development in Great Falls. We are proud to have his leadership helping shape the future of our region.

The excitement continued with the announcement that Janicki Industries has selected Great Falls as the site of its next manufacturing campus. This transformational project represents an $800 million investment, more than 2 million square feet of manufacturing space, and over 2,000 jobs as the campus reaches full build-out over the next decade. Construction is expected to begin in July 2026, with approximately 1,000 new jobs created within the first five years.

This is a historic milestone for Great Falls, creating opportunities for businesses, workforce development, housing, and continued economic growth throughout North Central Montana.

We're excited to be part of a community that continues to attract major investment and build a strong future for generations to come.
