Happy New Year everyone!

Sorry I haven’t had much time to post lately due to a busy schedule with showings, closings, and of course, family responsibilities.

That said, the market is still HOT. The good news is that there are more homes on the market, interest rates are relatively lower, and competition is not as intense as what we saw before.
