This one feels a little extra special 🤍

I originally helped these clients purchase this home when their son came to Colorado for college. Life eventually took him in a different direction, and when the time came to sell, they trusted me once again to help them through the next chapter.

This was definitely a unique property, and the road to the closing table came with its fair share of challenges. But through a lot of communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving, we got it SOLD! 🏡✨

What I’m most grateful for, though, is the relationship that came from it. Even though they live in another state, somewhere along the way they became much more than clients to me… they became friends. I’m so thankful they trusted me not once, but twice, with such an important part of their lives.
