New to Me! I dropped out of Greeley West in November 1971, and proceeded to Aims Community College and that started a memorable life track. I have not seen this picture to date! The little known D6 policy was that anyone obtaining a GED would get their diploma, but not "do the walk" with the class. I ended up "doing the walk" at Aims (76) and UNC (79) and with Diana Lynne Brower (73) and have never looked back. Several of these classmates have passed, may they RIP.

N A R R A T I V E
I helped my clients buy this house in 1998 from a regional brand-name builder. Over the years they discovered absence of a brick ledge support and insufficient compaction, and the top of foundation well below grade.
We removed bushes, all settling concrete and failing brick veneer and excavated to existing foundation to replace molded and rotted OSB boards. We installed non-rust v***r barrier below grade and backfilled and compacted for the raised patio.
We chose Arkins Park Buff-Sandstone-Veneer for a slight contrast from the exiting brick. We eliminated steps at the front door and designed low-rise 4 3/8” risers x 12” deep steps (Gliders) to accommodate all-age access.

My clients love the new semi-private patio in the front yard and consider it their outdoor living room with lots of shade most of the day.
This is a great example of turning problems into Value-Added Solutions.
