The goal has been simple:

Turns out the back of the house had basically no foundation… so naturally, Finley said “guess we’re starting from scratch.” 🐶🔨

Out came the jackhammer.
Concrete = gone.
Plan = reset.

Then it was time to redo all the underground plumbing…
Finley handled inspections (and maybe got a little too curious about the glue 👀😂).

But hey—
We PASSED the plumbing inspection ✔️

Next up: new foundation + framing this thing back up.

This is what flipping really looks like… not always pretty, but always a story.

Finley has officially entered the “well… this escalated quickly” phase of his first flip.

We started this project thinking we were tackling a typical fixer-upper. You know… paint, flooring, maybe a few surprises hiding behind the walls.

Turns out the biggest surprise was hiding under the house.

Yep. No foundation.

Like… none. Zero. Just vibes.

This episode is the moment every renovation story has — when the plan meets reality and the reality says, “Hold my hammer.”
