Brad Inhulsen, Realtor Where do I begin with real estate? I guess we can go back to college. I started off wanting to only "Fix and Flip" properties. My story is far from over.

The crazy part about that, you have to have money $$$ and lots of it. Right out of college I had very little. During my internship with Sears Real Estate I found out that real estate is so much more than making money. It is about assisting other in their own story. I have been able to help people start chapters in their life and unfortunately close some of those chapters too. I have learned that the emotions in buying property include tears of joy, tears of sorrow and also the feeling of thinking about business only. My goal is to help others get into their first home, a bigger home a smaller home, buying a rental home and their final home. I help represent the Northern Colorado area as a Colorado Association of Realtors Director in Greeley. I am on the Alumni Association at my alma mater the University of Northern Colorado. I am also helping with a networking group through the Greeley Chamber of Commerce call the Greeley Young Professionals. In my first year I received the award for Rookie of the Year in the Greeley area. Since then, I have been voted as the #2 Favorite Realtor in the Greeley Tribune twice (2014 & 2015). I have also Received the 40 Under 40 award from BizWest Magazine in 2015. My story is full of your stories. I take great joy in being the small part of each of your stories being able to help with the real estate chapter in your life. I would love to be part of that with you.

You seem so chill.

Thanks. I’ve only checked the lighting, rearranged the brochures 14 times, opened every window, and mentally redecorated someone else’s house.

Totally chill.

When someone who has worked in the Real Estate industry tells you that you made their home purchase a smooth one, that’s a compliment I don’t take lightly. Thank you for trusting me with such an important purchase and for the incredibly kind words!

Thank you so much to Exodus Moving & Storage | Colorado Movers for these amazing tickets! We had a great Daddy Daughters date night! We ate nothing healthy and had a blast!

Not only just but the Northern Colorado Football won their game under the lights! I am loving seeing the game under the lights now! I think the lights turning blue and gold after a score was my favorite part!

Not saying a Greeley Hat Works® hat automatically makes you more Colorado… but I’m also not NOT saying it. 🤠

Huge thank you to Ryan & Sarah Woodland with Woodland Home Company and Orr Land Company for the new hat!

Even better than the hat is getting to watch what these two are bringing to Greeley with THE CACHE I’m excited to see this neighborhood come together and the impact it’ll have on our community.

Appreciate you guys — and I’ll be putting this one to good use.
