Well, Windsor… this sounds pretty sweet.

Sweet Heart Brands, the folks behind Loveland’s Sweet Heart Winery, are bringing a brand-new wine, cider, restaurant + event venue to RainDance, and we have to say, this one caught our attention.

Wine and locally crafted cider, a full kitchen, weekend brunch, live music, event space AND an apple orchard?

Yep. We’ll be checking this one out. 😉

One of our favorite things about living and working in Northern Colorado is watching our communities grow and discovering the new places that make each one a little more special.

Almost packed. Almost closed. Almost time for a brand-new beginning!

All dates and deadlines have been met, every box has been checked, and this home is officially in the home stretch.

There’s nothing left for our seller to do but pack up the memories, get ready for closing day, and look forward to everything waiting on the other side of that front door.

We’re so excited for our seller, and very grateful to be part of the journey!

Oh, Greeley isn’t “luxury”? That’s cute.

We know, we know. Greeley has a reputation. Feedlots, agriculture…and depending on which way the wind is blowing, we’ve heard all the jokes. 😂

But here’s the thing , there’s another side of Greeley that doesn’t always get talked about.

Gorgeous custom homes. Beautiful finishes. Incredible outdoor spaces. Acreage. Mountain views. And some seriously impressive properties.

Yep. Right here in Greeley.
