Trust is demonstrated in the small actions that are taken between two people. My philosophy in this business is that it’s my job to look out for you. This happens in the little things like keeping confidentiality, ensuring the contract helps you meet your needs, and communicating with you on a regular basis. Additionally, I am consistently obtaining more continuing education than is required by the State–usually twice the amount–because I want to continue to expand my knowledge and competence to serve my clients. Communication is also a huge differentiation in my business. My clients can expect that I will be in communication with them throughout the transaction. And, I make it a priority to call all my clients even if there’s “no new news” to report. Clients also mention to me after we’ve worked together, that they appreciate my availability and that I answer my phone, emails or texts “after hours” when it’s convenient for them not just me. Real estate is my full-time career (since 2005) and I am truly committed to my clients. Finally, one of my deepest values in life is my commitment to patriotism and respect for individual freedom. My husband, father-in-law, and daughter have all served our country. I am proud of this and know the deep sacrifices and dedication required to do so. I think this is what makes me passionate about helping veterans and those serving our country with the home buying process.
