I'm so excited to be joining Monte and his team at Take Action Realty Group, LLC! Sometimes the stars just align and "Take Action" just felt like a natural fit for me.. 🤘
I will be forever grateful for the memories made and top notch training from Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, and even though I am leaving the firm, it doesn't mean I won't get to work with these wonderful people again! 🥰
Welcome Renee to the Take Action team!
Renee is a Northeast Wisconsin real estate agent who has called this area home her entire life. She grew up in Kewaunee and has spent the past five years helping buyers and sellers across the region. She works across the full spectrum. First-time buyers, luxury properties, distressed homes, value-add projects, and everything in between. She has an eye for older homes with potential and gets genuinely excited about helping buyers see what a property can become with the right vision and plan.
No two days in real estate look the same and that is exactly why Renee loves it. The flexibility to be fully present for her two boys while building something meaningful on her own terms is not a side benefit. It is the whole point. Outside of work, she is out of the house as much as possible. Golfing, fishing, hiking, biking - anything that gets the family moving. Her husband, Ben, has worked at Voyaguers Bakehouse for years, while Renee closes deals and beats him on the back nine.
