🔨 Now Hiring: Independent Handyman (1099 Contractor)

Main Street Management is looking for a reliable and experienced handyman to assist with residential property maintenance throughout the following areas: Green Bay, Appleton, Oshkosh, Sheboygan, Manitowoc.

Typical work may include:
• Drywall repairs
• Painting
• Minor plumbing
• Minor electrical
• Flooring replacement
• Door and lock repairs
• General maintenance and unit turnovers (install blinds, detectors, etc)

Requirements:
âś” Must carry your own liability insurance
âś” Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
âś” Own tools and equipment
âś” Ability to work independently
âś” Strong communication and problem-solving skills

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities.
