With 355 active homes without offers and 378 already under contract, buyers are seeing more options, but well-priced homes are still moving.

A few things that stand out:
✨ Median sale price: $385K
✨ 278 homes sold in the last 30 days
✨ Median days on market: 40 days
✨ The most inventory is currently in the $400K–$500K range

What does that mean for you? Strategy still matters. Sellers need to be thoughtful about pricing and presentation, while buyers may have a little more room to breathe depending on the price point.
