2025 at the End! SOLD! 4101 Nicolet Dr & 33 acres across street. Our next door neighbors home for last 30 years (they passed away) and the original family that owned our cottage next door from 1946...first time this legacy Town of Scott property has been sold since 1946. Nothing lasts forever. We gain two super new neighbors and I sold the property in two separate transactions for $1,305,000. Today's special value! AND...my LAST real estate sale after 40 years in the business!!! ADIOS...it has been great ride last 40 years in the real estate industry! WHAT LUCK!

PSA to the crooks opening mailboxes on Nicolet Dr. Many homes have systems to alert residents of tampering, especially at 3am. And to the residents who do not, just something to be aware of.
