One thing I’ve become really protective over in business is who I choose to build with. 🤍✨

One minute I’m coordinating inspections and moving closing dates around… the next I’m answering “can we go measure for a fence again?”

Some flipped homes are designed to impress buyers for 15 minutes. I care about how they hold up for the next 15 years.

That’s why relationships like this matter for my clients. ✨

Getting early access to projects means I can walk through homes before they hit the market, understand the renovation decisions being made & know exactly who’s behind the work.

I’ve learned (and maybe you have too) that every renovation is NOT created equal. 👀

Some homes are fixed up fast to maximize profit. Corners get cut. Sometimes buyers notice it immediately… sometimes they don’t realize it until they’ve lived there awhile. 🫣

The homes I get excited about are the ones being rebuilt with real intention. The kind where the quality goes deeper than trendy finishes and good lighting.

(Yes, another off market deal for my Buyers and Sellers 😉)

Rebecca found me on Instagram while planning their move back to the Green Bay area, and this relocation story came with a lot of moving pieces in the best way.

We started with conversations, community tours, and figuring out what kind of lifestyle they actually wanted here.

Their parents toured homes with me before they could make the trip, then once they arrived, we spent time exploring different areas, grabbing dinner & seeing homes together until the right one clicked.

We were able to get them closed on their new home before their wedding, which made this one feel extra special 🤍🥹

Relocating is so much more than choosing a house online. You’re trying to learn an area, build new routines, make confident decisions quickly, and picture your future all at the same time.

Not every homeowner I work with takes the route I’d suggest… 😅 but I’ll always make sure they understand their options and feel confident in whatever they choose.

This home sale looked a little different than what I’d typically recommend, but I was right there with them the whole time.

What I want you to know is, it’s never too late to pull in someone who does this for a living, even if you’ve already started down a different path.
