Today was a little different! I spent the day at The Balanced Agent Leadership and Wellness Summit in Fond du Lac and came away with some great reminders and practical tips for finding balance and avoiding burnout in this crazy thing we call life. We also did breathwork and a sound bath (definitely a new experience for me! 😄). It was a great reminder that you can't pour from an empty cup. I'm glad I had the chance to attend!

Local spot spotlight!☕️

I stopped into Village Roasters in Ashwaubenon today. If you've never been, it's not a coffee shop where you order drinks—it's a local coffee roastery where you can purchase freshly roasted coffee beans to enjoy at home. And there are a lot of fun flavors!

In addition to their coffee, they also have maple syrups, candy, and other sweet treats, making it a fun place to stop in and browse. I really enjoyed their Caramel Truffles!

We’re still in a seller’s market right now, but things are definitely starting to feel a bit more normal compared to the fast-paced market we saw over the last couple of years.

Homes are still selling close to asking price or slightly over, but they’re taking a little more time to move — and buyers are starting to see a bit more inventory hit the market.

📊 Right now we’re at about 2.5 months of inventory
📅 Average days on market is around 6 weeks
💰 Median sales price is holding steady with modest growth
