We are currently seeking a qualified Property Manager for our Mobile Home Park located in the Treasure Coast, FL area.
We know you are the key to taking our company to the next level! Our Property Managers will be responsible, under the direction of the Regional Managers, for all aspects of a manufactured housing community. This position is responsible for managing a community and the team members that support it. An A-player in this role is highly organized, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable and passionate about the property management industry, with a proven track record of success.
This position also includes, but is not limited to:
• Driving to expectation of 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
• Ensuring 100% collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
• Ensuring 100% compliance to company home standards around well maintained properties
• Managing to an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - “thinking like an owner”
