I was genuinely surprised and deeply honored to learn that I’ll be receiving the Commitment to Green Lake Award this week from the Green Lake Area Chamber of Commerce in honor of Dusty Walker.

To be associated with Dusty’s legacy of kindness, service, and love for this community means more to me than I can properly put into words.

Green Lake has been home to my family, my business, and so many meaningful relationships over the last 30+ years.

Like many of us who live here, I’ve simply tried to give back to a place that has given so much to me.

There are countless people behind the scenes who work tirelessly to support this community every day, and l’ve been fortunate to work alongside many of them through local organizations, conservation efforts, businesses, charities, and community projects over the years.
