Growing up we are seldomly taught the power behind the masculine and the feminine energies. Each are powerful but together they can move even the tallest mountains.

I’m a big believer one can only gain this infinite wisdom through the experiences of life with a partner who shows you just how powerful the synergies can be. To say I’m forever grateful to have the divine put me on the path to meet would be a total understatement.

As a scared boy, afraid to put myself fully out there, she has since showed me how to be a man who leads through my actions with a fully open heart. A woman who saw through all the bu****it I carried and saw me just as I am, in my most raw human form. My queen of queens. Thank you.

I love you my angel and I can’t wait to continue the growth, love, and presence of each moment of this beautiful life we get to share with each other.

It’s been close to 3 years with no social media and to be back in my truest, most authentic form is beyond exciting to share.

I’ve spent the past few years going as deep as I possibly could to find the answers I knew each of us naturally always had inside. Some of the questions I ruminated on were… What is the meaning of life? What is being connected to mother earth? What would it feel like to be okay with just not knowing? What would it feel like to be the most authentic version of myself, and absolutely love every ounce of my being, along with surrendering to this magical existence of life?

For a long while I let darkness consume me with addictions, comparisons, judgement, anger, you name it. Anything that could weigh a being down, I dealt with head on. For a long while it was a blame game of me pointing the finger and being the victim of life.

I know now that all of the “hard” times in life, the darkness, the holes we feel like we may never get out of aren’t happening to us they are happening FOR US. They are here to be the greatest teacher of all. The guides that lead us to the highest and greatest version of ourselves.

The rest of my journey in life is to do my best to share the wisdom I learn and to pour into others who may be looking for hope in their current situation. Just me and the most raw version that I am.

This trip to Costa Rica with some of the best men and women I’ve ever met head such a testament to this new chapter of life. It showed me that all the answers have been and always will be inside; we just have to be willing to see, believe, and act on them.

I can’t thank you enough brother and for you leading this retreat and being the gentle leader you are. To say that my entire life has changed for the better would be a total understatement.

The harvest does not come to those who are in need but to those who plant the seed. I look forward to continue panting the seed of growth, curiosity, love, laughter, and authenticity with each of you.
