Californians: San Francisco is a very different city since we lived there. When we were there it was [ relatively ] safe. As an example going to the symphony without wading through the homeless wasn't even a consideration. We had a business [ not Real Estate ] south of the market and enjoyed the restaurants and again without fear walking through the neighborhood.

If you are tired of what's happening in San Francisco, California in general, consider Arizona. No fog, sunshine and warm weather the greater part of the year. [ We enjoyed breakfast on the front patio a day or so ago all the while basking in the warmth of the sun.

Opportunity is everywhere in Arizona. Beautiful desert scenery [ the Sonoran desert is unique in the world ] National parks, unlimited adventures and places to experience and Tucson has been named by UNESCO a national gastronomic heritage site, so we have great restaurants too.
