They see the sold sign. They don’t see everything that came before it.

Late nights. Early mornings. Reviewing comps. Studying the market. Figuring out the right pricing strategy… not too high, not too low. Building a marketing plan to make sure the right buyers find it first. Coordinating with my amazing videographer to make sure this home doesn’t join the noise on Zillow… it shows up and dominates every home buyer’s feed.

Story time: When these sellers reached out and told me they struggled to sell in 2025, my first thought was...something has to be wrong with the house.
