Long read... our seller had a Ring camera, and she could hear everything the agent said about me. I bit my tongue for the sake of my client's transaction. This wasn't about me or my emotions, it was about closing the deal!!
If you are looking to buy or sell, especially in the Sahuarita area, Mari is your girl! She is incredibly well-connected and knowledgeable about the area. We bought a home in Rancho three years ago, and Mari was representing the sellers. We were so impressed with her during the open house and buying process that when we had to make a cross-country move on short notice at the end of last year, we knew that we wanted (needed) to work with Mari. Selling a house from across the country is not ideal, but Mari and her daughter Aissa took such good care of us (and our home) throughout the entire process. They were incredibly communicative and kept a close eye on our house for us since we werenāt able to. Both Mari and Aissa came over on a momentās notice to check our pool for us several times after big rains and made sure our home and property were well taken care of. After our home went under contract, the agent who represented the buyer of our house was often unresponsive and unprofessional. Mari worked hard to firmly advocate on our behalf while remaining kind and professional in her dealings with him, although he didnāt afford her that same courtesy. We had several questions and periods of high anxiety on our end, as we were also trying to buy a house out of state during the selling process. Mari was always so accommodating, and she answered every question we had thoroughly and patiently. She collaborated with our agent here and worked hard to help make it possible for us to close on a new home the day after we closed on our sale in Arizona. Everything needed to work out perfectly timing-wise, and thanks to Mariās diligence, it did! We could not be more impressed and grateful for the way she carried herself, remaining calm and confident throughout the selling process. It eased our nerves tremendously.
