Here’s how it works ⬇️

You sell your home to a buyer. But, you both agree you can stay for a while (weeks, months). You pay rent to the new owner during that time.

Looking for a lender? Watch out for these 3️⃣ red flags:

1️⃣ Hidden Fees: 🕵️‍♀️ Beware of surprise charges! A reputable lender will be transparent about fees and costs upfront.

2️⃣ Pushy Tactics: 🤯 If a lender is rushing you into a decision or pressuring you to borrow more than you’re comfortable with, it’s time to reconsider.

Shopping at the maximum amount you’ve been approved for 💰

Nothing could make you more nervous than spending over your limit! Even though you’re approved for a certain amount, doesn’t mean you have to spend it all.

👉 Make sure you speak with your lender about what monthly payments you’re comfortable with and they can guide you on a budget to stick to.
