Fun fact: Did you know that Loudoun County, VA is one of the few jurisdictions in the DMV that does NOT place any restrictions on vacation rentals? Washington DC, PG County, and Montgomery County all limit the number of days per year you can Airbnb your property if you’re not also living in the property too. But Loudoun County is one of only two jurisdictions that doesn’t! Anyone know what the other “no limits” jurisdiction is? Comment below! (Bonus points if you can guess the lengths of the short term restrictions in other jurisdictions too 😉)

Whoo! Beyond grateful! The Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) held their annual award ceremony today and I received a Platinum Award for my production last year. There are over 3000 real estate agents who are members of PGCAR and I was ranked in the Top 20 among individual agents based on total volume of homes sold. I am so very grateful for everyone who supported me in achieving this goal! It’s impossible to run a successful business without clients who trust you, and family & friends who support you so I am very humbled by this achievement because i know i couldn’t have done it alone. Special thanks to ALL my clients! I appreciate every one of you! And a very special thanks my parents and sisters, and my aunt & uncle & because their impact on my life & business is truly immeasurable.
