My new monthly Marin County Real Estate Market Report is out now.

This month’s report looks at a market that remains supply-constrained and highly segmented. Closed sales were up year over year, inventory remained well below last year’s levels, and homes sold at 102% of original list price on average.

At the same time, buyers remain selective, and the broader Bay Area story continues to be shaped by upper-end demand, tight inventory, and the ongoing AI wealth effect.
