The spring market isn’t just waking up — it’s on fire.🔥 February brought higher prices and faster sales across both San Francisco and Marin’s single-family markets, a clear sign that buyer demand is building.

San Francisco homes averaged $2.63M and sold in about 20 days, while Marin County averaged $2.18M with homes spending about 48 days on market.

At the high end, activity feels especially strong. We’re seeing more off-market transactions than ever before, and serious buyers are moving quickly when the right property becomes available.
