💀 Día de los Mu***os: A Celebration of Life & Memory 💐

Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) is a beautiful Mexican tradition that honors loved ones who have passed, but it’s more about celebration than mourning. This holiday, rooted in ancient Aztec culture, spans November 1st and 2nd, with families creating ofrendas (altars) filled with photos, candles, marigolds, and favorite foods to welcome back the spirits of their loved ones. The day is a joyful remembrance, celebrating life through music, food, and family gatherings. Though this tradition only lasts two days, we can honor those we’ve lost all year by keeping their memory alive, sharing stories, and holding space for their spirit. 🎶✨

✨Happy Friday!!! ✨🧘🏻‍♀️

Another Friday, another weekly selfie!! We made it !

Can you believe we’ve already made it through 42 weeks so far this year, that means there is only 10 weeks left until the NEW YEAR! What?! How are we only 10 week out?

As always, make sure you take time out this weekend for yourself, either getting a long walk in, jamming to music dancing around the house or do whatever makes you happy and fills your glass full. Life is too short, so enjoy every second you have with loved ones or just your fur babies or even love yourself!?
