Today is the 6️⃣4️⃣th Anniversary of Tyler Land Development. It started in 1962, when Bill Tyler of Greenbrier and Cathy Ryan of Conway were hitched in an late afternoon wedding at the bride's parents' home. They immediately started buying and selling real estate and developing land in the Faulkner County area. Together they also started a land surveying company and traversed the state providing land surveying services. Happy 64th Anniversary to Bill and Cathy! And here's to many more years of serving God and others, developing land, raising cattle, and enjoying grands and great-grands!

Topics of discussion will include: Summary from the July 27th meeting, covenants and restrictions/enforcement, mailbox cluster, street lights, cross access from abutting properties, fiber optic update, maintenance of unimproved lots, unleashed dogs, history of the development, and questions and comments from property owners.
