This was a fun one…

I got a call from a former client who moved to Delaware about three years ago. They were moving back to PA for work and needed help finding a home.

I typically keep my buyer business within the Franklin/Cumberland County area for two reasons: I want to know the local market well, and I want to be close enough to accommodate showings quickly when the right house hits the market.

Then they told me they were moving to the Lehigh Valley… where I grew up! I know the area and market well, so I was happy to take it on.

After a jam-packed day of 9 showings across 40 miles, we found the perfect home—and closed yesterday!

What an incredible way to wrap up our time in Portugal!

Over the last five days, we visited Lisbon to take in the breathtaking views from Cristo Rei and toured the amazing Estádio da Luz. From there, we traveled to Fátima, where we had the unforgettable privilege of participating in the beautiful Marian candlelight procession. We also spent time reconnecting with family before finishing our journey in my favorite city in the world—Porto.

As incredible as this trip has been, I’m especially grateful that I was still able to take care of business along the way—getting a home under contract and continuing to schedule showings for when I return.

Portugal has once again left me with unforgettable memories, amazing food, beautiful scenery, and time with family. I’m heading home recharged, refreshed, and excited to finish the year strong. Thank you, Portugal—until next time! 🇵🇹

Our last four days in Portugal were spent soaking up the beauty of the Algarve, and it was the perfect way to slow down and relax. From the stunning cliffs and crystal-clear beaches to the incredible coastal views, every stop seemed more beautiful than the last.

We enjoyed amazing local food, explored some unforgettable beaches, and even had the opportunity to spend a morning saltwater fly fishing with Marco at Fly Fishing Algarve—an experience I’ll never forget!
