2 great clients that I forgot to mention last year. Morgan & Diane that had a deadline, a time limit to find a home and to ALSO close by the time their lease ran out.
I worked very hard for these 2 people. I showed close to 30 properties or so, we made a total of 4 offers within this time. Even making double offers at 2 separate times!!
Perfectly legal but risky! ❤️🙏🤩😤👏 I was determined to make them happy and complete my duty to them and to myself for my career.
We closed finally on a home in Afton about a month after we needed to. BUT thank god I also had a space in which I owned to be able to offer to them in the meantime. I was happy to be able to offer this option to them with there cats and dogs until closing.
My point is…….even though I probably lost money on this deal because of the time invested and the gas and mileage traveled….it is probably the most rewarding sale “within” that I accomplished since I started my Real Estate career.
