Lynn has been a proud East Tennessee resident since 1997, and a member of the BNI Greene Team since 2011, shortly after Unified Title and Escrow, Inc. was formed. She has worked in the title and escrow industry across three states over the last 40 years, learning all aspects of the business from the ground up. She has been a manager for over 20 of those years and has grown Unified Title and Escrow to a 7-member team, leading those team members to assisting our clients with all aspects involved in the purchasing, selling or refinancing of homes, land, commercial properties, etc. located within the State of Tennessee.

Unified Title is looking to expand our connections and partnerships. Lynn is always eager to meet new, or even seasoned, real estate agents and lenders. Having a great working relationship between agents, lenders and a title company mean more successful clients getting across the ‘closed line’. Unified Title will travel to closings within the Tri-Cities area or will make arrangements with a trusted notary service to make mobile notary arrangements for parties not able to personally attend closing.
