Pam & Ricky Whittenburg are proud to join the Ludecker Property Group of Keller Williams Realty to better serve our clients needs in today’s real estate market. Pam has been in the real estate industry several years and has knack for working with buyers who are relocating to the area to call East Tennessee their home. Pam has helped many families transition to this area by providing her knowledge and love of East Tennessee to many people. In addition to working with many relocating families, Pam also has a love for working with first time home buyers. Pam is as excited as her first time buyers when closing on a new home and would love to help you out whether you are buying your first, second, or tenth home. Ricky transitioned to real estate from a background in the banking industry. He was a Vice President for a regional bank in the area where he also managed hundreds of bank owned foreclosure properties over the years. Ricky knows the foreclosure industry well and has helped many investors find and flip their own diamond’s in the rough. Ricky also loves working with any new buyer who trusts him to help them buy the home of their dreams. Ask him about his 20 years doing radio also - Ricky truly is a Jack of All Trades.
