Rivers brings a rare combination of advanced education, hands-on federal land management experience, and a deep understanding of the natural resources that make rural properties unique. With nearly a decade of experience in forestry and natural resource management, he offers a level of expertise that adds tremendous value for buyers and sellers of rural, agricultural, recreational, and conservation properties throughout East Tennessee.

Rivers holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry with a minor in Wildlife and Fisheries Management, as well as a Master of Natural Resources. His professional background allows him to evaluate land through a broader lens, considering forest health, wildlife habitat, conservation opportunities, tax program eligibility, recreational use, and long-term land management potential.
