It is with a heavy heart and an enormous void around The Bennetts world, that I must tell you we have laid Jax Bennett to rest… From July 27, 2011 Jax was and is still a perfect addition to our lives. He was with us before we got married Jessi Bennett, tolerated another puppy in our June, three children, three litters of tiny Jax and Junes , multiple vacations, road trips, late night strolls across town (Hayden Johnston Patrick Johnston Heath Smith), and 3 residential moves, and countless amazing Duck Hunting trips. People say they can’t put words together to say what their pets meant to them and their family, my words just aren’t enough to explain nor express what he meant not just to me, but to Jessi, my kids, my friends and family, and especially anyone who has ever hunted with Jax. As I could go on on, event after event, pictures for days, I will leave you with this… If you know us, you know Jax, and well if you know Jax the rest to me is unexplainable. On December 4, 2023 Jax breathed his last and went to his final resting place. I could write a book on the “one more time” things I wish I could do with him again. Jax buddy for over 12 years you have been more than a blessing to me and this family. Until I see you again rest easy, we all love you, and “FETCH EM UP BOY” !!
