Located in a lush park-like setting, Briarwick offers abundant amenities in our spacious 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes including heat and hot water. Private entrances, private patios and balconies, air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchens and quality construction to maximize sound control are just a few of our features. Our landscaped community provides: regulation billiard tables, sparkling heated pool, club house with library, fully-equipped exercise facility, locker space in locked basements and separate men's and women's saunas. Pet Policy:
2 pets per apartment maximum. 1 cat (must be neuter/spayed and front declawed), 2 cats, 1 cat and 1 dog (30 pounds maximum and no more than 14" to the top of the back at the front shoulder), 2 dogs are not allowed. All pets much be at least 1 year old. $250.00 pet deposit plus $25.00 per month pet rent. Only friendly pets are allowed. Features:
